Because of safety concerns for voters and poll workers at polling places during the Covid-19 pandemic, the New Jersey governor has ordered that the fall 2020 election be conducted primarily by mail. You don’t have to sign up. If you are an active, registered voter you will get the ballot in the mail, which will be mailed out to you by October 5. Fill it out and return it in the mail, put it in one of many ballot drop boxes in each county, or return it at your regular polling place on Election Day.
You can sign up to track your ballot to see if it was received and counted at this website: Track your ballot
