Democratic incumbents win Middlesex County Commissioner seats

Democrats Ronald Rios, Michael Ferrante, Eman El-Badawi, and Shanti Narra – all of whom won in their respect races–spent time together at Cranbury Day on Sept. 11.

Incumbents Shanti Narra and Ronald Rios each won another term as Middlesex County Commissioners. They beat their Republican opponents by more than 20,000 votes each.

On Cranbury Day, September 11, Narra and Rios joined Cranbury’s local Democratic Committee in the CDC tent. As did Assemblyman Dan Benson. They talked with Eman El-Badawi and Michael Ferrante, the two local Democrats who went on to win the race for Township Committee.

Rios and Narra also had a chance to meet up with constituents and listen to the issues on people’s minds. Assemblyman Dan Benson showed up in the mid-afternoon to lend his support to the local candidates.

Cranbury is represented by Wayne DeAngelo and Dan Benson in the Assembly and Linda Greenstein in the state Senate. All three were reelected to their positions.
