At the Township Committee meeting at 6 pm on January 2, 2024, Matt Scott will be sworn in for his third term and Committee Member Eman El-Badawi will be sworn in as Mayor.
Eman, who is known for her spirit of generosity, kindness, and commitment to service and civic engagement will be Cranbury’s first Muslim mayor. She is also only the fourth woman to serve as mayor in the town’s 325 years! You can find Eman, her husband Omar, and their six children all about town or busy on their sheep farm on Cranbury Neck Road.
The reorganization meeting is open to all.
