Voting By Mail Begins April 18
How to Vote Early Through Vote by Mail [from the latest MCDO update]
The Middlesex County Clerk’s Office began mailing out vote by mail ballots to voters on the permanent vote by mail list and to voters who recently requested to receive a vote by mail ballot 45 days before the election. The commencement of mailing of vote by mail ballots for the June 2026 Primary Elections began on April 18, 2026.

You can check whether or not you should be receiving a vote by mail ballot by looking up your voter profile on the NJ Division of Elections website.
If you have not received your vote by mail ballot by May 1, 2026, fill out and send in a replacement ballot request form before June 1, 2026, to receive a replacement vote by mail ballot. Call the County Clerk’s Office (732-745-4202) if you have questions about receiving a vote by mail ballot.
Vote by mail ballots must be returned by 8:00 p.m. on Election Day (June 2) to be counted.
No postage is necessary to vote by mail, but the fastest way to ensure your vote by mail ballot is processed is to return it using the drop box located in your town. Our closest drop box is located in front of the Cranbury Police Department (One Logan Dr, Cranbury, NJ).
